We sell ONLY in EU.

The Order

All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, ABLO will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

ABLO reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

Prices & Payment

All prices indicated in this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable. 

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order.
If your purchase is done, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros using PayPal system or Direct Bank Transfer.

Shipping

We ship only in EU.

SPAIN: Correos Express.

OTHERS COUNTRY: UPS.

Delivery time

All orders are normally shipped from Barcelona within 3-5 working days.

ABLO is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.

European Union: 25€

Returns

To return or exchange an item, please email us to customer@ablo.es with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return.

The customer must inform ABLO within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.

All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made – the shipping costs are not refundable– within 30 days.

Damaged items

If any item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please notify us at customer@ablo.es.

We will do our best to remedy the situation.
